PLACING AN ORDER
Placing an order could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to order into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to be able to complete the order.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Our standard UK delivery charge is £4 under £50, £7 after that and orders over £150 nett will be delivered free of charge. A signature will be required for all our deliveries.
Providing your items are in stock we will aim to deliver your order within 7-10 working days - we will let you know if there are any delays.
We use APC for all our UK deliveries.
Overseas Delivery Charges and Policy
For deliveries within the EU we require a valid EORI number and the address it is registered at.
We deliver anywhere in the world but our policy is not to deliver to PO Box addresses, due to courier restrictions.
We endeavour to find the most valuable and reliable courier to deliver your parcel and we will send you a quote on receipt of your order
Our products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order. Petra Boase LTD is not responsible for any of these charges.
We will normally dispatch your order within 7-10 working days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Except for children's clothing items, all our goods are invoiced with 20% VAT except to countries exempt.
Petra Boase Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

FAULTY ITEMS/ DISCREPENCIES

Our greeting cards are handmade and some of our more specialist designs are done in small print runs so colour may vary slightly from each print run.
While we try to get a true likeness of the item through the photography, please understand that sometimes there may be variants due to the nature of the item.
